While we migrate from MS outlook to Lotus Notes 6.5 by using "nupgrade.exe 3" all the contact are converted into louts notes' local names.nsf but when any of this user is chosen from the address book and email is sent - it returns with the following error....

the most probable cause may be that the "Email Type" is lotus notes... while it shud be internet email... even if we mannually change the type to "internet email" even then the error comes as same... plz help!

What should you do?
You can resend the undeliverable document to the recipients listed above by choosing the Resend button or the Resend command on the Actions menu.
Once you have resent the document you may delete this Delivery Failure Report.
If resending the document is not successful you will receive a new failure report.
Unless you receive other Delivery Failure Reports, the document was successfully delivered to all other recipients.
